My Story

If you’re anything like me, you probably hate having complete strangers (and spammers) flooding your email inbox.

…I know, it sucks.

You probably only enjoy getting emails from friends, family, or people who you feel you know personally.

For that reason, I wanted to write this short little bio for you so that you can learn a little bit more about me (on a more personal level).

Listen – I realize there’s a TON of information out there about online marketing.

But the fact is:

This massive amount of information will NOT help you succeed (frankly because there’s too much of it).

In order for you to really succeed in this business, you have to get the RIGHT information from the RIGHT person.

In other words…

Someone You Trust!

When I first got started in this business, I knew absolutely NOTHING about Internet Marketing and how to sell stuff online.

…all I knew is I wanted to start doing it.

So here’s what I did:

I subscribed to over a dozen marketer’s email lists.

In fact, it was more like 20+ email lists at one point.

I had no idea who the people were on the other end…I didn’t know what they stood for…but most of all, I didn’t know their story.

To me, they were nothing more than a name on my computer screen.

So the bottom line is:

I don’t want to be just another random name on your computer screen.

I truly feel that I have some simple, yet powerful tips and strategies that could change your life.

And I want to do everything I can to get you to read about them, but most importantly…

Act On Them!

I first discovered Internet Marketing back in early 2008.

…and let me just say, it wasn’t an easy journey for me (probably because I was subscribed to so many different lists – information overload started to kick in).

It took me over 2 years to start making any kind of REAL money online (enough to FINALLY quit my day job).

Now – Other than marrying my wonderful wife, quitting my day job on July 25, 2010 had to be one of the biggest highlights of my entire life.

I remember it well. :-)

I knew I was taking a BIG risk by walking out of there that day…

…My wife (and my folks) were very nervous for me.

After all, having a pay check come to me month after month (and excellent medical insurance) was NOT an easy thing to walk away from.

But I knew it was a dead-end job.

I knew that working in a small cubicle was NOT what I wanted to do forever.

I knew that I wanted to do something BIGGER (and make more money).

…and this job was just going to hold me back from doing that.

So, once some money started rolling in from my Internet stuff, I decided it was time to walk out.

So with about $5,000 in our bank account, and $25,000+ in credit card debt, I made the crazy decision to quit my job (that was paying me $15/hour, full-time) and focus 100% on making money online.

…so I put all my things from my cubicle in a box, bid farewell to my boss, and walked out (nervously…but at the same time, VERY excited).

Now just to give you more of an idea of my financial situation at the time.

Hey – it got me around (barely) :-)

As you can see, this was a big risk…and I don’t think I’d recommend someone else doing what I did if they were in a similar situation.

…but now looking back, I am GLAD I took that risk that day to quit my day job.

When I drove out of that parking lot (for the last time) I gotta tell ya:

I felt soooooo liberated!

In fact, I was cheering (by myself) quite a bit in my car. :)

I was super excited to start on this new journey…but at the same time, I was EXTREMELY nervous.

Nevertheless, I had one focus…and that was:

To SUCCEED in my Internet business.

I promised myself I wouldn’t fail.

Once I got home, I told my somewhat nervous wife:

“Don’t worry honey. :) I am going to do everything in my power to make this Internet stuff work so that I NEVER have to work a job ever again.”

…now fast-forward approximately 1 year later (and after much sweat and hard work), I am pleased to say, that I have met my goal!

I don’t have to worry anymore about going out to get a job…

I am now blessed to be working full-time from home in my pajamas…literally!

Not only do I LOVE my work…but I’m also earning WAY more money than I ever was at my day job.

…and I am pleased to say that my wife and my folks are now supporting my decision of walking out of my job that day. :-)

Now, I don’t say all this to brag or boast…

I just want to let you know that it IS possible to make a genuine full-time income online…even after much failure (remember it took me over 2 years of trial and error to get to this point).

It’s because of those failures that I am now more successful in whatever I do.

This journey has really allowed me to overcome my fears.

I kid you not, I was scared to death about quitting my job.

…it was NOT an easy decision.

I debated the pros and cons for weeks and weeks.

But was it worth it in the end? You betcha!

And if I had to do it over again, I’d want it the exact same way.
