The reason why is cause for the past 7 years I’ve been cutting my own hair with clippers (weird I know).

But hey – It’s saved me quite a bit of money! :-)

Now – A few days ago Great Clips was putting on a sale for $6 haircuts…(too good of a deal to pass up!) so my wife and I figured we’d go and get a trim.

Little did I know this trip to the barber was going to deliver A LOT more than just a great haircut!

Now – I never read magazines in the waiting room…but for some reason I decided to start reading a recent edition of Entrepreneur Magazine.

I was browsing through it and didn’t see much of value (at least for me)…

But then I flipped to this article called: “How To Clean Up Your Business”.

I think the reason this stood out to me was because a lot of my business and my day to day tasks are SUPER scattered…and I find myself doing everything myself (when I should be outsourcing it).

I certainly wasn’t expecting to discover all of these key solutions for my business while sitting in the waiting room at Great Clips!

My wife got done with her haircut and was ready to leave but I signaled for her to come over because I just couldn’t put the article down…in fact I wanted to tear it right out of the magazine and take it home with me! (but that wouldn’t be cool to do)

So instead I asked her to hold up the magazine so I could snap a photo of the article with my phone. :-)

Lately I’ve been implementing this “three-day arc” plan and I’m already seeing a HUGE improvement in my productivity.
